How to make your business system-dependent and not people-dependent

In the fall of 2014, I attended a business training where one of the speakers kept hammering that if your business needs you 100% of the time to function, you have a job, not a business. What a rude shocker to me at that considering how much effort I put into building my business.

In my mind, I thought the speaker must be out of his mind for saying such. After the initial speaking session, organizers divided the class into groups of 10 where we had the opportunity for a breakout session. During the breakout session, my group’s facilitator said something to me that I still remember to date. He said and I quote, “make your business system-dependent not people-dependent.”

At the end of that day, I walked out more confused than I went in even though everything we were taught made sense. Instead of wallowing in my confused state, however, I decided I was going to give it my best to understand the science behind making my business system-dependent rather than making it people-dependent.

To be sure I have not lost you at this point, let me quickly explain what the phrase means. It simply means learning to put your business on auto-pilot. When you put your business on auto-pilot, you do not have to stay awake to make money. You have interacted with so many businesses on auto-pilot and it’s time to do same for your business as well.

For example, the owners of all online stores with e-commerce do not need to stay awake for you to make a purchase on their website. And if you are saying, oh yes! Don’t get excited yet because I actually just scratched the surface. There’s so much more to it.

I hear you say, “my business is not about selling physical goods.” While that may be true, not selling physical goods is not a hindrance to not putting your business on auto-pilot. Rember, my most popular saying, “you need to find a way to make a way” and just in case you love what you just read but are not just sure of how to go about it then, my upcoming “Monetize Your Skills” course is for you. This 6-week course starts on January 20, 2018, and it promises to teach you how to move your business from solely depending on you or others to being able to generate income in your absence. This does not mean that you won’t work on your business anymore, it just means that one you’ve put systems in place, you can generate money even when you are not physically present. And one thing is, unlike me when I was confused, you’ll gain clarity as I will not only tell you the “what”, I will also teach you the “how.”

I will teach you how to monetize the skills you are currently giving away for free, how to generate multiple streams of income, and how to get paid what you truly deserve. Do not take my word for it until to register and see how valuable this course is.

Early registration begins December 1st and ends December 14th. This is one course you do not want to miss. Get on the waiting list here.
