Typically, it takes us between two and three weeks to complete most projects. However, depending on the scope of your specific project, it might take us longer. Prior to signing an agreement, we will be clear on the terms and conditions of that project.
Yes, we do graphic designs and logos. However, they come as part of our branding or rebranding package. Please check our services section for the details
Our goal at Onpoint Success is to serve our customers diligently and to be sure they are completely satisfied. However, we understand that situations change and there might be a need to issue refunds. That’s why we have instituted a convenient refund service.
If you pay for a project, we will offer you a full refund up to 72 hours before the start of the project. For refund requests less than 72 hours and up to 24 hours prior to the start of the project, we will offer a 70% refund.
Once the project starts, we are unable to issue a full refund. However, we will pro-rate the amount of man-hours worked and use that to calculate the amount of refund due. If we complete over 50% of your project, we will not issue a refund.
For subscription services, there are no refunds once the subscription commences.
Our pricing structure is standard. However, we do offer payment plans for select customers who may have a need for such plans on a case-by-case basis.
